Decisions Decisions...
Today I made a big Decision. I’m selling my F Horn. It’s a Conn 8D. Which for the people out of the loop on brass, it’s an industry standard horn for professional symphony hornists, and it was made ‘pre-strike’, so it’s better than one that would be put together today. I simply don’t play any symphony gigs on horn anymore, and a spare $3000 ish...

Today I completed todays workout.
For the 8th (last) 46 pushups till failure.
Total pushups for today: 176.
200 situps journal day 12
Today I completed todays workout.
For the 5th (last) 73 situps till failure.
Total situps for today: 258.
100 pushups & 200 situps journal day 11
Today I completed todays workout.
For the 8th/5th (last) set did 42 pushups till failure, and 63 situps till failure.
Total pushups for today: 162.
Total situps for today: 222.

Today I completed todays workout.
For the 5th(last) set did 45 pushups till failure, and 59 situps till failure.
Total pushups for today: 155.

last week i completed the weeks workouts without a computer to journal. I’m continuing on to the next week on situps and repeating week 5 in the shups workout because it kicked me in the arse and i barely finished it.
