Started to shave this morning…
I made the ‘with the grain’ pass on my upper lip before I remembered. Shaving on Monday is such an ingrained habit.

I’ve been eating this breakfast for the past few weeks because it’s so easy, delicious, and satisfying. The elements:
~1/2-2/3 cup Fage FULL-FAT (that’s key!) Greek yogurt
~1/2-2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
~1/2 tsp cinnamon
Stir everything together and enjoy! It’s a high-fat, high-protein breakfast that won’t let you down.
Optional add-in:
~1 T peanut or almond butter
You can get it all in one stop at Trader Joes or Ralph’s… and i highly reccommend adding onrganic Almond butter, with most of the oil poured out so it’s creamier.

less money than the state has lost from the last 30ish years from trying to maintenence and expand freeways and dealing with car traffic, when they turned downs Walt Disneys Idea to make a Monorail system spanning thru Orange Co and LA.
Let alone one that spanned the whole of Cali stopping in major cities, with a weekend getaway express to LV. I would be getting on the Irvine - Anaheim for Disney SO MUCH, and my girlfriend wouldn’t be driving about 400 miles a week to go to UCI and work at Disney.
Can you imagine how different Socal would be if we had a public transport system that actually worked, especially one that wasn’t based on the traffic patterns.
